Delivery time
Delivery time for standard deliveries within Taiwan is 48 to 72 hours, within the TW 3 working days, outside the TW  7-10 working days.
These delivery times apply to orders placed before 11:00 pm (CET). The delivery time for BY OUDER items is 7-14 days within Taiwan and up to 21 days within Oversea.

The delivery time for shipments outside the Taiwan is subject to fast customs clearance in the receiving country. We shall not be liable for consequences that are caused by unforeseeable events outside our sphere of influence that prevent us from delivery as confirmed. Once the aforementioned difficulties cease we shall immediately continue with fulfilment of our obligations. Delivery periods shall be extended accordingly.

Shipping items
Because of their large size or weight, some orders, such as Over Size of our shipping carton, are dispatched as shipping items. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date at short notice.

Logistics partner
We will pack the items you ordered as fast as possible and hand them over to our logistics partner EMS ready for dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays which are caused by EMS.

You can check the current tracking status of your shipment at www.ems.post using your package ID number/ shipment number. You can obtain further tracking info by sending us an email or by calling our customer service.
