A. RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF ARTICLES

Return or Exchange of Items:

If you are not satisfied with your order, then you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. In this case, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer.

B. REFUND

Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund you the full purchase amount according to the selected payment method.

In case of the payment method gift voucher, we will issue you a new gift voucher in the original same value.

The duration of the refund may take up to 10 business days depending on the processing time of your payment service provider.

C. IMPORTANT NOTES

Please note that returned items will only be accepted in their original condition. This includes, but is not limited to, the original packaging and all labels. Please ensure that all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return. If items are already worn/used, soiled, damaged or otherwise in unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return and will return the items to you. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
